About Paul

Hi, I'm Paul. After almost three decades working across investment banking, entrepreneurship and consultancy, I've learned that my strongest value has always been the same: I help people get things done. Whether I'm working with a founder, a team, or a business partner, I naturally step into the role of the person who brings clarity, organisation and momentum.

I spent 21 years at HSBC, working across departments, cultures and leadership teams. It gave me a deep understanding of how businesses function — the structure, the operations, the politics, the pressure, and most importantly, the people. Throughout my corporate career I was often praised for being the calm problem-solver, the one who could take a messy situation, break it down and move it forward.

When I stepped out of HSBC and into consultancy and startup work, everything clicked. I realised that what founders and entrepreneurs really need isn't another strategist or advisor — it's a right-hand person. Someone they can trust, someone who asks the hard questions, someone who has their back, and someone who gets things done. That's where I'm at my best, and it's why I do what I do today.
